Overview
Single-pitch shed
The Copritutto CTZ is a single-pitch (lean-to) PVC shed: a self-supporting retractable structure made of pairs of uprights on which lattice trusses are fixed by means of plates bolted with 8.8-grade bolts and self-locking nuts. It slides on one side on a ground rail and, on the opposite side, on a rail fixed to beams supported by columns with a standard spacing of 5,000/6,000 mm.
Features of the Copritutto CTZ single-pitch shed
The Copritutto CTZ consists of steel uprights that slide on a Sigma-profile rail, also galvanized, shaped with dedicated flanges to prevent the structure from derailing or lifting. The rails are fixed to the ground on concrete kerbs, at the client's care and expense, or with suitably sized anchors where a solid concrete floor already exists — which the client will have checked beforehand for compliance with the technical specifications provided by the manufacturer.
Between the uprights are pantograph elements in galvanized profile, which slide along them through a system specifically designed by Coprikompatt's engineers. The surface treatment of the steel used to build the Copritutto CTZ sheds is hot-dip galvanizing by immersion, which ensures full penetration of the molten zinc to protect every structural element of our products.
The supply of the sliding single-pitch shed is completed by the covering membrane, for which Coprikompatt's technicians have developed a unique formula together with the raw-material supplier. Coprikompatt uses only certified, tear-resistant fabrics of European origin. The covering membranes of our mobile sheds are all customisable, available in different colours and with the option of adding the company logo.
