Self-supporting mobile sheds

Our Copritutto CTS self-supporting mobile shed is the ideal solution for covering areas used for loading/unloading goods, storage and, where needed, production. Copritutto CTS sheds can be self-supporting with two rigid end walls — one at the front and one at the rear — in which case the sheds are autonomous and can be used as stand-alone warehouses, or they can be placed against a wall, perpendicular to it, providing an effective solution for sheltered loading/unloading and for storing ready goods.

Features of the Copritutto CTS self-supporting shed

The Copritutto CTS mobile sheds, standard model, are self-supporting retractable structures made of pairs of uprights on which lattice trusses are fixed by means of plates bolted with 8.8-grade bolts and nuts.

The steel uprights slide on a Sigma-profile rail, also galvanized, shaped with dedicated flanges to prevent the structure from derailing or lifting. The rails are fixed to the ground on concrete kerbs. Between the uprights are pantograph elements in galvanized profile, which slide along them through a system specifically designed by Coprikompatt's engineers. While the mobile structure slides, the purpose-designed pantograph elements prevent derailing or misalignment of the trusses, allowing manual packing down to the smallest possible packed size.

The surface treatment of the steel used to build our Copritutto line is hot-dip galvanizing by immersion, which ensures full penetration of the molten zinc to protect every structural element of our products.

The structure is completed by the covering membrane: Coprikompatt uses only certified, tear-resistant fabrics of European origin. The covering membranes of our PVC sheds are all customisable, available in different colours and with the option of adding the company logo.

We offer a wide range of accessories for tarpaulin coverings, including: sliding curtains, pedestrian doors, high-speed roll-up doors.
